Leads the Preconstruction phase effort and coordinates with the Project Director and Lead Estimator Ability to develop and/or manage the development of detailed estimates from conceptual to final design Participates in design review meetings. Leads and directs the design team during Pre Construction. Monitors scope, cost, constructability, etc. during design development.
